Data in a request

We receive the data you enter in a request: name, company, email or phone and, if you wish, a description of your systems and task.

Purpose and basis

We use this data to reply to your request, arrange a meeting and discuss a pilot or service work. We do not use it for mailings or advertising.

The basis for processing is the consent you give in the request form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Storage and transfer

The website and the mailbox that receives requests are hosted on servers in the Republic of Kazakhstan. We do not transfer request data outside Kazakhstan.

We do not pass the data to third parties except where the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan directly requires it. We keep the data while we discuss work with you and delete it once the purpose is met or at your request.

Only the staff who reply to requests can access them. The connection to the website is protected with HTTPS.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, correct or complete it, ask us to delete it or withdraw your consent. To do so, write to info@dozorsecurity.kz, and we will reply within the time set by the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Cookies and analytics

The website counts visits with Yandex Metrica. Metrica stores cookies in the browser and sends Yandex anonymised visit data: pages, referral source, device and browser. We use this data only for visit statistics. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings.
